Amna is a Senior Accountability Coach associated with AimFit for the past 4 years. Her primary area of interest is her passion to help women feel strong and healthy without draining their budget. She will help you nail all your fitness goals by keeping you motivated!
🏋🏽♀️ Fun fact: “My favorite exercise shall always be squats and an essential I can absolutely not live without is a weight plate!”
Sarah Malik
As an accountability coach, Sarah is extremely proud of her clients for putting themselves first and smashing their goals every day. Being a certified fitness coach, she is extremely passionate about being a fitter and a better version of herself. “Fitness made me feel powerful, unstoppable and challenged me. Without fitness, I wouldn't have the confidence I have today!” says Sarah.
🎧 Fun Fact : “My favorite workout moves are burpees and planks. A workout essential I cannot live without are my headphones. I could work out all day if I am listening to music!”
Namra Sarmad
As an accountability coach associated with AimFit for 4 years, Namra’s passion is to help women change their lives for the better in the simplest and most realistic ways possible. Her promise is to make sure her clients feel and look their best.

Ayesha Farooq
Ayesha is a wellness coach at AimFit for the past two years and her major area of interest became fitness. She loves doing yoga and believes in balancing her nutrition with what her body needs and what the heart wants! She believes in making her clients achieve the same balance.

Mahroze is a passionate nutritionist with a degree in Food and Nutrition, over 3 years of experience in the health care industry and multiple client success stories. As a Wellness coach, with a clear and holistic ideology towards health and nutrition she plans on helping her clients smash their nutrition goals!
