Scale not moving? Maybe you are weighing yourself wrong

Depressed about the number on the scale increasing despite active efforts to drop weight? Perhaps, the culprit is you not weighing yourself the correct way.

Learn how to weigh yourself accurately to get the right kind of holistic of your progress and move ahead in the same direction — but fiercer! 💪🏻

  1. Make sure you weigh yourself on an empty stomach

  2. Place your scale on a hard flat surface to maintain calibration

  3. Stick to the same time everyday — preferably mornings after using the bathroom (your water retention is at its lowest!)

  4. Don’t forget to log your weight on the AimFit app — remember tracking makes you more accountable, ladies.

  5. Lastly, be patient. Good things take time and it is important to remember weight is not the only indicator of fitness. See how your clothes fit now? What do your energy levels feel like? How does your body feel?

Remember fitness is a life-long journey of self-discovery so be kind to yourself and make sure to enjoy every part of the process. As we like to call it — getting fit is not a sprint, it’s a lifestyle!
