A healthy sustainable lifestyle is a combination of eating according to your body's needs and giving it the movement it desires. To be able to do this successfully, remember this magical equation:

To achieve the results you desire and maintain them sustainably, it is equally important to eat healthy and continue to work out three to five times a week. Doing one without the other will not give you optimum results.
When it comes to working out – a combination of cardio and strength training is the name of the game. Cardio workouts are an extremely effective way of burning calories, strengthening the heart, and reducing the risk of disease. Strength training, however, is key for building muscle which helps boost your metabolism. This means that your body starts to burn more calories even while at rest once you include strength training in your fitness regime.
For an ideal workout routine, we recommend mixing up both cardio and strength training throughout the week. You can also find multiple options for each on the AimFit app. For instance, you can do a HIIT workout on Mondays and mix it up with Strength and Pilates during the week. To end the week, you can include one of our Yoga sessions which will help relax your muscles and improve flexibility.
However, remember - working out regularly does not mean that you get to eat back your calories. To see results, you still need to stick to your daily portions and make sure you are eating all the food groups. If you feel extra hungry after a workout, you can always load up on raw, steamed or boiled vegetables or reach out to your coach for other options.
